Hi! I’m Carissa, the artist behind Rose & Bone Relics.

I’ve spent years working in the beauty and tattoo industry, creating permanent work on the body—fine lines, soft detail, and pieces designed to last. Over time, that same attention to detail and permanence naturally found its way into what I create outside of skin.

Rose & Bone Relics grew from a quiet fascination with natural forms—bones, textures, fragments that hold structure and history. Each piece begins as an ethically sourced specimen that I carefully clean, preserve, and finish by hand. I pair them with gemstones and minimal metalwork to create balance—something raw, but refined.

My work sits somewhere between art and adornment.

An extension of my artistry— not mass-produced, not replicated—each piece is entirely its own.
